Nontuthuko fondly referred to as Chef Connie is our esteemed restaurateur and Founder and CEO/Director/Executive and is the leadership of this amazing establishment responsible for the overall strategic direction and success of the restaurant. She develops and executes business plans, sets financial targets, and oversees operations to ensure profitability and growth. She leads and inspires the management team, establishes key partnerships, and builds strong relationships with stakeholders. She also drives innovation to maintain the restaurant's competitive edge while upholding high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Shimanyana known as Chef Shimmy is the COO (Chief Operating Officer) and Executive Chef and holds a key leadership position responsible for overseeing both the operational and culinary aspects of the restaurant. He manages the day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of all departments, including kitchen, service, and administrative functions. As the Executive Chef, he leads the culinary team, develops menus, maintains food quality standards, and ensures an exceptional dining experience. He combines strong business acumen with culinary expertise to drive operational excellence, financial performance, and culinary innovation in the restaurant.
