She leads and inspires the management team, establishes key partnerships, and builds strong relationships with stakeholders. She also drives innovation to maintain the restaurant's competitive edge while upholding high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
COO – Executive Chef
Shimanyana known as Chef Shimmy is the COO (Chief Operating Officer) and Executive Chef and holds a key leadership position responsible for overseeing both the operational and culinary aspects of the restaurant. He manages the day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of all departments, including kitchen, service, and administrative functions. As the Executive Chef, he leads the culinary team, develops menus, maintains food quality standards, and ensures an exceptional dining experience.
