Mitchel, our Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing the financial operations of our restaurant, managing budgets, analysing financial data, and developing strategies to optimise profitability and controlling costs.

She handles the financial planning, cash flow management, and financial reporting. She also collaborates with the other departments to ensure financial goals are aligned with operational objectives.
